Using Webflow does not require signing any contract. You open an account, log in and you can use a system on any computer.

How to become a user of Webflow?

You can just click on the link "create free account" and open an account. After entering basic data you can work with the help of Webflow.

Does my contractor need to use Webflow for me to be able to issue an invoice for them?

No, they don’t have to. You can send them an invitation to use Webflow. In that way you can improve the communication between yourselves. Sending and receiving invoices will be happening very quickly.

What does Webflow give me?

First and foremost time. As we know time is the most important thing in business. Thanks to Webflow you will issue invoices quickly and easily. In the system you can also put cost invoices. You will put your clients’ data in order as well as data regarding goods and services which you sell.

Does the system give me the possibility to monitor payments?

Yes, of course. You have a clear insight into the status of your invoices. You see which ones are paid, and which one are not.

I travel a lot. Can I put into the system indirect costs, such as: railway tickets or parking receipts?

Yes, of course. Webflow gives you the possibility to enter any costs. From the invoice to a ticket. You decide what you want to have in your system.

Is my data safe in Webflow?

Thanks to using the newest technology and coded conncection the sent data is completely safe. Moreover, the servers where your data is stored are placed in modern server rooms and the access to them is strictly controlled.

Since the new year there will be new VAT rates. Is Webflow prepared for them?

Webflow deals with all tax rates. Also the new one – 23%.

I would like to use you invoice system. Do I need special equipment? Server? Computer?

You don’t need any special devices apart from a computer with Internet access. Thanks to that you can use Webflow at any place.

I would like to issue the first document in Webflow. I would like to take into account the numbering of already issued invoices.

In order to add an invoice you click on ‘Write a number’ and give the next number of invoice. Since then the next invoices will have the next numbers.

Jeżeli żadna z wyżej wymienionych sytuacji nie dotyczy Twojego konta, prawdopodobnie nie aktywowany został adres email potwierdzający chęć korzystania z systemu Webflow w wersji darmowej.

Aby aktywować konto w wersji darmowej należy:

  1. Zalogować się do systemu Webflow
  2. Kliknąć w „Moje kontro”
  3. Następnie kliknąć w link – „Zmień użytkownika lub hasło”
  4. W miejsce adresu email ponownie wpisać poprawny adres
  5. Wpisać hasła i potwierdzenie hasła.
  6. Na podany adres email zostanie wysłana wiadomość potwierdzająca aktywację. Należy kliknąć w wygenerowany link i aktywować konto. Może istnieć konieczność wylogowania się i ponownego zalogowania do Webflow aby zmiana była widoczna od razu.
